1Definitions and Interpretations

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions have the meanings as defined below:

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Segi44 accepts deposits via a range of secure and trusted payment methods for Malaysian players, including FPX, DuitNow, local bank transfers, and supported digital wallets. All financial transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same Player's name. segi44 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. KYC verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding certain limits to ensure transaction security.

Segi44 reserves the right to suspend or block withdrawals if suspicious activity or suspected violations of these terms are detected, pending investigation.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Segi44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements (rollover/wagering requirement) that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.

• Report any suspicious activity in your account to segi44 immediately.

8Account Closure and Suspension

Segi44 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict a Player's account without prior notice if:

• The Player violates any terms set out in this document
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity is detected
• The Player provides false information during registration or the KYC process
• The Player holds more than one account
• Instructions have been received from the relevant authorities
• The Player has used an unauthorised or fraudulent payment method

Players also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the segi44 support team. Any remaining balance (after all related conditions have been settled) will be returned to the previously used payment method.

For self-exclusion requests related to responsible gaming, segi44 has a dedicated mechanism that allows Players to limit or stop access to the platform for self-protection purposes.

Segi44 is not liable for any indirect losses, anticipated loss of profits, or gambling losses incurred by Players. Each player is solely responsible for their own betting decisions.

Segi44 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
